摘要
绩效管理是对绩效实现过程各要素的管理,是基于企业战略基础上的管理活动。从陕西省电力公司推行全员绩效管理的角度出发,通过对绩效管理的内涵、流程、关键环节、保障措施的深入剖析,理清了绩效管理的思路,对绩效管理的实施能够起到一定的参考作用。
Performance management is to manage all elements in performance, it is based on enterprise's strategy. Started from the implementation of whole staff performance management in Shaanxi Electric Power Company, through the analysis of content, process, key step and safeguard measure in performance management, the thought of performance management is cleared, and can be used as reference for the implementation of performance management.
