摘要
英国壳牌技术创业项目是一项在全英范围内安置大学生到中小企业实习的计划,发挥着提高大学生实践技能、促进大学生到中小企业就业、提升中小企业竞争力的重要作用。本文在对项目的背景、具体内容及其成效进行综述的基础上,提出可供借鉴的启示。
The Shell Technology Enterprise Program（STEP）is a unique scheme covering the whole of UK to place undergraduates in small and mediumsized enterprises（SMEs） for eight weeks during the summer vacation. The program enhances the employability of graduates, improves employment prospects of graduates in SMEs and enhances the competitive position of the business. The article reviews its background, contents and effectiveness and then makes some implications.
