摘要 根据同步回转式压缩机主要运动部件的运动规律和力学特性,导出了各运动变量、受力以及阻力矩的计算公式,研究了运动件的运动、受力以及阻力矩随转子转角变化的规律。并通过分析滑板安转方式对压缩机动力特性的影响,提出了最佳的滑板安装角,为同步回转式压缩机的优化设计提供了计算依据。 According to the kinematic law and mechanical characteristic of a synchronal rotary compressor's moving parts, the formulas of the kinematic variables, acting force, and the moment of resistance were deduced, and their variation characteristics with the rotation angle were studied. Moreover, based on the analysing about the influence of vanes established angle on the machines dynamic characteristic, the best vane's established angle was presented. The present results offer calculation basis for the optimum design of the synchronal rotary compressor.
