摘要
结合现场试验,根据直线电机采油泵运动特性,综合考虑了液体的可压缩性、魏氏效应、液体连续流动条件和球阀的动力特性,建立了直线电机采油泵球阀运动规律的精确运动微分方程组。编制了计算机数值微分仿真程序,通过数值模拟,分析了泵筒内液体压力、球阀升程等参数与运动速度的影响关系,得到了直线电机采油泵球阀运动特性规律曲线。
Unifies the field test, the accurate movement differential equation group was rebuilt to describe the movement of the ball of valve in linear motor mining pump. The condensability of liquid, the Westphalg effect and the continuous flow condition are not only comprehensively considered, but also the dynamic property of the ball valve being established. The computerized simulation model of the movement is set up by the numerical integration method. Through the numerical simulation, has studied the fluid pressure in the fluid-cylinder device, the relations between the valve velocity and parameters, for example lift height, obtained the curve of the ball valve in linear motor mining pump.
