摘要
对Cr12模具钢进行了高速精密车削试验,研究了切削速度和进给量对加工表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明:提高切削速度和减小进给量有利于改善Cr12模具钢的加工表面质量;但切削速度超过某一范围后,进一步提高切削速度不能明显降低表面粗糙度;进给量超过一定范围后,表面粗糙度会明显增大。
An experiment of precise turning Cr12 die steel was carried out to investigate the impacts of cutting speed and feed rate on the surface ronghness. The results indicate that the better surface ronghness can be obtained while in higher cutting speed and in less feed rate, but the surface ronghness decreases slightly and it even can increase when the cutting speed get certain value. Once the feed rate excess the critical value, the surface roughness increases greatly.
