摘要
本文介绍了用于核设施退役去污的Ce(Ⅳ)/HNO3去污技术工程应用中安全性的初步研究成果。结果表明:对于三种常用不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti,304和316L,不同浓度的Ce(Ⅳ)/HNO3去污剂,对1Cr18Ni9Ti的腐蚀性均略大于对304和316L不锈钢;该去污剂对于系统配件材料如PVC、聚乙烯的腐蚀性很低,对橡胶有一定的腐蚀性;对于焊材(A102)以及受过热应力的304不锈钢,当Ce(Ⅳ)浓度超过0.1mol/L时,其腐蚀速率均明显大于未受过热应力的304不锈钢。因此,在实际的工程应用中宜采用较低Ce(Ⅳ)浓度的去污剂,并注意焊接部位的泄漏危险。
The article introduces the results of the study on the safety of Ce( Ⅳ)/HNO3 decontamination technology when appling to chemical system decommissioning of nuclear facilities. The results show that: (1) for 1CrlSNigTi stainless steel(SS),304 SS and 316L SS, under different concentration of Ce( Ⅳ )/HNO3, the corrosion rate of 1CrlSNigTi SS is appreciably higher than those of 304 SS and 316L SS; (2) the corrosion rates of some materials in the chemical system, such as PVC and polyethylene, are hardly detectable, but some certain corrosion rate exists for rubber; (3) when the Ce(Ⅳ) concentration is higher than 0.1 mol/L, the corrosion rates of A102 solder and 304SS heated are higher than that of the SS without being heated. The relatively lower Ce (Ⅳ) concentration reagent should be used in practical decommissioning project, and attention should be paid to the safety of welded position.
