摘要
通过在20℃,5%硫酸钠溶液养护制度下,研究了不同钢渣、高钙灰掺量,以及二者复掺下水泥基材料试件60、90 d的强度和90 d内试件线长度变化,并采用XRD微观分析和化学分析,揭示体积变化机理。试验结果表明,与基准样相比,适量钢渣的掺入使试件90 d收缩率最大可减少3.06×10-4;高钙灰的掺入,对体积稳定性有改善作用,其90 d最小收缩率达到1×10-4;二者的复掺,复掺叠加效应明显,而改性磷石膏的掺入,对强度、体积稳定性的改善更为突出,在一定龄期内,甚至出现了零收缩率。
The strength and the volumetric deformation of cement mortar specimen with different high calcium ash and steel slag dosages in 90 days which were cured in the condition of 20℃and 5% Na2SO4 solution were studied, and XRD were used to analyze the mechanism of volumetric deformation.Several conclusions were explored from the experiments:in contract to the control sample, the shrinkage of specimen could reduce 3.06×10^-4with suitable dosages of and steel slag; volumetric deformation benefited form using of high calcium; Steel slag and high calcium ash has the function of ameliorating the strength and the volumetric deformation;the effects were more obvious when calcined phosphogypsum was adulterated into the mineral compound cement, even the shrinkage of specimen was zero in certain terms.
