摘要
冻结法施工中,地层温度是判断冻结壁的厚度、平均温度和强度等性能的重要依据,盐水温度是反映冻结系统状态的重要指标,是冻结法施工中必须实时监测的基本数据。由于测点数量众多、位置分散,一种布线简单、维护方便的数字化温度监测系统十分必要。采用计算机作上位机,LTM-8000系列"一线总线"智能模块作下位机,数字温度传感器DS18B20作测温元件,设计出一种全数字化的基于"一线总线"的冻结法温度监测系统。该系统具有现场布线方便、适应恶劣的施工环境、易于扩展、自动化数据采集等特点。
In construction by freezing method, soil temperature is a key parameter to estimate the wall thickness, average temperature and strength of the frozen soil, and the brine temperature is an important factor to reflect the state of the freezing system. Thus the soil and brine temperature are essential data to be monitored in real time. With plentiful monitoring points and their dispersive location, a fully digital temperature monitoring system based on 1 -wire bus is carried out with a host computer, intelligent "1 -wire bus" modules of LTM -8000 series as the slave units and digital thermometer DS18B20 as the temperature sensors. Having advantage such as simple distribution in site, high adaptability to the abominable surroundings, easy extensibihty and automatic data collection, . etc, the system is effective for temperature monitoring in freezing method.
