不同春小麦品种HMW-GS形成及积累动态研究 被引量:1

摘要 以3个HMW-GS组成不同的春小麦品种为材料,研究了籽粒形成过程中亚基形成及积累表达规律。结果表明,小麦高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基是在籽粒灌浆过程中逐渐形成的。不同亚基形成时间存在差异,Glu-D1和Glu-B1编码的亚基出现较早(花后12 d左右),Glu-A1编码的亚基形成较晚(花后15 d左右)。各品种亚基一经形成即在以后的胚乳发育过程中不再消失,表现出很强的遗传稳定性。各亚基在花后15 d之前积累量较少;在花后16-27 d积累量大幅度增长,积累高峰在开花后21 d左右;从花后28 d至小麦完熟期,各亚基的积累量基本保持不变。各品种不同HMW-GS位点亚基积累量为Glu-D1〉Glu-B1〉Glu-A1。 The accumulation and formation of HMW glutenin subunits were studied in the duration of grain filling by using three spring wheat which composed of different HMW-GS. The results showed that the HMW-GS formed gradually in grain filling. The forming time is different if the subunits are different, the subunits coded by Glu-D1 and Glu-B1 locus appeared firstly, at the time of 12 days after flowering; the subunits coded by Glu-A1 initiated lastly, at the time of 15 days after flowering, the subunits of various varieties will not vanish as soon as formated, which display the very strong heredity stability during the later embrionic growth. The accumulation quantity of all subunits is less before 15 days after flowering;and 16-27 days afer flowering, the accumulation quantity begin to increase fast; and the accumulaiong quantity arrives its peak around 28 days after flowering; The accumulation quantity of all subunits maintains invariablely from 28 days after flowering to the wheat mature period. the accumulation arrangment of different HMW glutenin subunits coeds is Glu-D1)Glu-B1 Glu-A1.
