摘要
根据稀硝酸/硝酸铵工艺需求,设计了一套6.25万t/a硝酸铵生产控制系统;硬件采用西门子冗余控制器,软件设计以PCS7过程控制系统作为软件开发平台;系统基于PROFIBUS总线,采用了多种冗余控制措施;通过光纤环网和工业以太网相结合,在上位机与控制器之间,控制器与控制器之间实现了数据交换;实践证明,该系统运行稳定可靠,实现了自动化仪表控制系统无法完成的复杂运算及管理功能,大大减少了DCS系统现场信号连线,降低了施工成本,特别适合在化工行业中运行。
According to the industrial demands on Dilute Nitric Acid and Ammonium Nitrate, a control system for 62. 5 kilotons one year Ammonium Nitrate Production is designed by PCS7 process control system as developing software platform, and Siemens redundant controller as hardware. The system based on Profibus and adopted many kinds of redundancy measures. Combine optical fiber with industry Ethernet, construct the data interchange between controllers and PC stations. The practice shows that the system is stable and reliable. It is much suitable for chemical process control.
