摘要
在介绍了组态软件的出现背景与发展趋势,分析了开放式数控系统研究现状的基础上,结合组件级软件开发的设计思路,针对开放式数控系统的软件开发难度大,耗时长,开发工作重复度高等问题,提出了组态计算机数控系统的解决方案;将组件化程序设计思想应用到开放式数控系统的开发中,并研究了该系统的总体体系结构,分析了系统各部分的功能,并以此初步划分了组态计算机数控系统的各个组件,给出了各组件的设计思路;初步搭建了组态数控系统的总体框架。
Based on the introduction of the appearance and development of the configurable software and the analysis of the current research status of the Open CNC system, and with refevence to the idea of designing the configuration software, the concept of the configurable computerized numerical control system is proposed to handle with the bottleneck of software designing of the open CNC system. The framework of the system has been studled, and the function of the system＇s components was analyzed. The designing mentality of every components was put forward. The overall system architecture was put up.
