摘要
为提高光催化降解印染废水的效率,以空心结构微珠(浮珠)为载体,将TiO2溶胶-凝胶负载于表面,制备一系列不同焙烧温度、不同负载次数、具有高催化性能的负载型光催化剂.通过对甲基橙溶液光催化降解实验,研究了焙烧温度、负载次数、甲基橙溶液的初始质量浓度对光催化性能的影响.实验结果表明:500℃焙烧、负载4次时制得的负载型光催化剂催化活性最高,光照反应120 min5、mg/L的甲基橙溶液降解率为69%;降低甲基橙溶液初始质量浓度,其降解速率明显提高.
A series of supported photocatalyst with different calcination temperature and coated times were prepared by coated TiO2 sol-gel on floating sphere with hollow structure to find photocatalyst having high photocatalytic activity so as to enhance the efficiency of degradated wastewater from dyestuff industrial processes. Methyl orange solution was selected as an example to study the effects of calcinate temperature, coated times and initial concentrations on photocatalytic activity. Experimental results show that TiO2/floating sphere supported photocatalyst, which is calcined at 500 ℃ and coated four times, has the best catalytic property and nearly 69 % methyl orange solution(5 mg/L) is degradated within 120 min. The photocatalytic activity enhances when the initial concentration of methyl orange solution decreases.
