摘要
介绍了细长轴的加工特点以及切削时的加工误差,提出了将智能控制技术运用到数控加工细长轴中,实现加工细长轴时的恒力切削,从而减小其加工时的受力变形,在提高了加工精度的同时也提高了加工效率。
The structure characteristic and the error of cutting processes of slender shaft are introduced. A way to put intelligent control technology to the cutting processes of the slender shaft is given, which can make the whole cutting processes with constant cutting force. So the cutting distortion is minished, and high efficiency and high accuracy are obtained.
