摘要
进行ＦＭＥＡ（ＦａｉｌｕｒｅＭｏｄｅａｎｄＥｆｅｃｔｓＡｎａｌｙｓｉｓ）时，相关层次产品的故障模型、故障原因及影响间存在着复杂的关联，往往难以清晰、准确地反映在分析表中。为此，本文呈现了一个进行ＦＭＥＡ的可视化方法。它能直观地表现产品间的故障关联并有效地支持ＦＭＥＡ迭代处理和故障因果关系的跟踪。
With performing an FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), there exist the complicated relations among the failure modes, causes and effects of the relevant indenture levels. It is difficult that the interrelations are described clearly and exactly in tabular forms. In this paper,a visual approach for performing FMEA is provided to deal with the subject. It can visually present the failure relations between the products and effectively support FMEA iteration and failure cause effect tracing.
