摘要
成功的知识管理实践必须依靠个人、组织乃至国家良好的知识管理素养。文章从知识管理内涵出发,确立了知识管理素养的定义,对其进行了深入分析,初步建立了知识管理素养的理论体系。
Successful knowledge management practice must be rely on good knowledge management accomplishment of individual, organization and nation. Based on the analysis of knowledge management connotation, the paper established the definition and theory system of knowledge management accomplishment initially.
