摘要
研究了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)对桑色素(morin)和铅Pb(Ⅱ)配合反应的增敏作用.发现pH在3.43时,Pb2+-morin-PVP三元体系在435.8nm激发下,444nm处有强荧光发射.在考察实验最佳条件的基础上,提出了一个荧光光度法测定痕量Pb(Ⅱ)的新方法,其线性范围为0~240ng/mLPb(Ⅱ),对空白11次测定RSD%为3.5%,最低检出限为2.1×10-8g/mLPb(Ⅱ).
A new chemiluminescence reaction of L tyrosine KMnO 4 H 2O 2 is studied by flow injection method. The factors that influences chemiluminescence intensity are investigated. The new method based on the chemiluminescence reaction for the determination of trace L tyrosine has been established by optimizing the experimental conditions. The linear range for the determination of L tyrosine is 1.0×10 -6 ~1.0×10 -4 g/mL, the determination limit is 3.86×10 -7 g/mL.
