摘要
针对典型的ZVS复合式全桥三电平变换器存在滞后桥臂实现零电压负载范围窄、变压器二次电压过冲大的缺点,提出了一种采用无源辅助网络的改进型拓扑。该拓扑在电路中加入电流增强网络及电压钳位网络,有效地拓宽了滞后桥臂实现零电压开关范围及抑制了变压器二次电压过冲。详细地分析了该拓扑的基本工作原理,零电压实现的条件以及辅助网络参数的计算,并制作了一台12V/10A的实验样机。实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性及改进拓扑的可行性。
The conventional ZVS hybrid full-bridge three-level converter has several drawbacks, such as narrow ZVS load range of lagging bridge and voltage spike of the transformer secondary side. In order to overcome these drawbacks, an improved ZVS three-level converter using passive auxiliary net is proposed in this paper. A current enhanced circuit and a voltage clamping net are introduced to wider the load range of lagging bridge and reduce the voltage spike of the transformer secondary side. The operation modes of the improved topology, the conditions of ZVS and the calculation of the parameters in auxiliary net are analyzed in detail. The correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the improved topology are verified on a prototype converter of 12V/10A.
