摘要
针对高压RSD(Reverse Switching Dynistor)开关触发的问题,提出了一种低压控制高压的二级RSD触发方案。可饱和变压器是该方案的关键,提出利用磁性元件设计软件(Magnetics Designer)来建立触发单元中可饱和变压器的SPICE模型,生成变压器的电气参数及绕制规格,并利用IsSpice4仿真软件来设计变压器两边的电容参数。最后以10kV高压RSD的触发为例,通过实验证明了该方法的有效性和合理性。
Aiming at the problem that high voltage switch reverse switching dynistor (RSD) is difficult to trigger, a project that high voltage RSD is driven by a lower voltage switch is put forward. The saturable transformer is the key of the triggering source, and magnetics designer is utilized to product electric parameters and fabrication standard of the saturable transformer. In circuit simulator IsSpice4, the parameters of saturable transformer are validated, and the influence of capacitor parameters on triggering current to second-stage RSD is investigated at the same time. As an example, a triggering source of 10kV RSD is designed to prove that the proposed project is accurate and feasible.
