摘要
研制了具有良好溶液性质的双马来酰亚胺树脂体系的新方法。该树脂由4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺,4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷,改性物B三元共混物预聚而成。研究结果表明,预聚体在丙酮中具有良好的溶解性,预聚体固化后具有较高的耐热稳定性,可以作为高性能复合材料的候选基体树脂。
Two kinds of resin matrix which consist of bismaleimide and diaminodiphenylmethane at the mole ratio of 1.5∶1 and 1.3∶1 were used and the composite′s property was characterized by interlaminar shear strength ( ILSS ) at room temperature and 150 ℃ and 200 ℃. The effect of processing temperature interval on composite′s ILSS was emphatically researched and reasonable conclusions had been drew.
