摘要
应用红外光谱考察了不同离子含量的丁基橡胶磺酸锌盐离聚体随温度变化的行为,结果发现,不稳定的离子对聚集体对温度变化十分敏感,而稳定多重离子对在低温下有较好的稳定性,在较高温度下分解。当离聚体中形成离子簇后,离聚体结构的热稳定性增加。
A series of zinc salts of sulfonated isoprene isobutylene rubber (SIIRZn) ionomer with different ion concentrations have been investigated with infrared spetra as temperature increasing from 30 ℃ to 150 ℃. It has been found that there is no effect of temperature on the υ sym of single SO - 3 itself and the change of υ sym of SO - 3 in ionomers with temperature is due to the variation of ionic interaction in the ion aggregations. The low υ sym (<1045 cm -1 ) of SO - 3, corresponding to the unstabl ion pairs aggregations, is very sensitive to temperature and shifts continuously to lower υ sym with increasing temperature. On the other hand, the high υ sym (>1045 cm -1 ) of SO - 3, corresponding to the stable multiplets or clusters, keeps nearly unchanged below 60 ℃ ̄70 ℃ and shifts to lower υ sym only at higher temperature. The formation of clusters results in increasing the heat stability of ionomer sturcture.
