特发性血小板减少性紫癜的发病机制 被引量：11

摘要 近5～10年来，特发性血小板减少性紫癜（idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura，ITP）发病机制的研究取得了一系列重要进展，在体液免疫机制方面，提出了自身抗体介导的巨核细胞数量和质量异常；在细胞免疫机制方面，提出了细胞毒T细胞直接溶解血小板的新理论。欧美相继制定了ITP诊断和治疗指南，在发病机制和诊断治疗理念上，有许多新的观点值得我们借鉴。本文主要对ITP发病机制的进展作一综述。
