摘要
以FeSO4.7H2O、NH4H2PO4、NH3.H2O为原料,用共沉淀法合成了用于制备磷酸铁锂正极材料的前驱体磷酸亚铁铵(NH4FePO4),通过XRD、SEM、FTIR等测试手段对材料进行了表征。通过正交实验得到了最佳工艺条件。在该工艺条件下材料振实密度达到1.73g/cm3。
The material of NH4FePO4, which is used as precursor to prepare the cathode material of LiFePO4, was synthesized under liquid-state co-precipitation method from cheap materials of FeSO4 · 7H2O, NH4H2PO4 and NH3 · H20. The product was characterized by XRD, SEM and FTIR. On the basis of the orthogonal tests,we found the optimized synthesis technology, the pH was 5.5, the speed of the stir was 120r/min,the speed of the mixture was 225mL/h, the ferrous concentration was 1.0mol/L,the dosage of the citric acid was 6% of the volume of the mixture, the temperature was 45℃and the concentration of the ammonia was 2.0mol/L. The tap-density of the optimized sample was 1.73g/cm^3.
