摘要
用经高温煅烧后的闪锌矿石与稀硫酸反应制备七水硫酸锌和五水硫酸铜。考察了煅烧温度、硫酸浓度、反应时间和反应温度等对浸出率的影响,实验结果表明当煅烧温度为700℃、硫酸浓度为30%、反应时间3h、反应温度40℃条件下,锌和铜的浸出率达到98%以上。用本方法生产七水硫酸锌和五水硫酸铜,具有原料易得、工艺简单、回收率高和产品纯度高等优点,具有实际生产价值。
The preparation of zinc sulfate heptahydrate and copper sulfate pentahydrate from calcined zincblende was investigated. Effects of calcinations temperature,concentration of sulfuric acid, reaction time and reaction temperature on rate of release was studied. The results showed that the rate of release of zinc and copper was up to 98% under the optimum reaction conditions:calcination temperature 700℃, concentration of sulfuric acid 30%, reaction time 3 h, reaction temperature 40℃. This proposed method provided a effective route for producing zinc sulfate heptahydrate and copper sulfate pentahydrate due to facile materials, simplicity, high recovery and purity.
