应用微波消解ICP-MS法同时测定青干草中20种元素的研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用高压密闭微波化学工作站消解青干草样品,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定青干草中的主要元素;优化了微波消解样品前处理条件和仪器测定条件;标准曲线的线性范围为0-200.0μg/L,回归方程的相关系数皆大于0.999 6。方法的检出限均小于2.138 2μg/L,试样加标回收率为85.7%-118.8%,精密度RSD〈4.42%;西红柿叶国家标准样品(GSBZ 51001-94)和茶叶国家标准物质(GBW07605)的验证分析测定值均在保证值和标准值范围内。该方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高及多元素同时分析等特点,适用于批量粗饲料样品的多元素检测。 A synchronization determination method for 20 kinds of dements in green hay including Li, B, Na, Al, Ca, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Sr, Mo, Ag, Cd, Ba and Pb was studied. The green hay sample was digested by high pressure airtight microwave digestion facility and the primary elements were determined by Inductive Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrum (ICP- MS) , by which the pretreatment and instrument conditions were improved. Linearity scope of standard curves was 0 - 200.0 μg/L and related coefficients were above 0.999 6. Detection limit was below 2. 138 2 μg/L, add-callback rate was in the range of 85.7% - 118.8%, and precision below 4.42% was obtained in the test. Measurement value of tomato (National standard sample GSBZ 51001 -94) and tea (National standard sample GBW 07605) used to validate the method can meet the requests in standard method. The method can be used for dement determination of coarse fodder in batch for its fast, accurate, high sensitive and synchronization determination.
