摘要
目的:研究鸡血藤升白汤对放疗引起的小鼠骨髓抑制的治疗作用及其机制。方法:成年雌性Balb/c小鼠32只,全身均匀照射DT550cGy引起小鼠放疗所致的骨髓抑制模型,造模后4小时内开始服用鸡血藤升白方汤药(简称鸡血藤升白汤),随机分作4组:对照组:8只,灌胃纯净水250mg/kg体重,低剂量组:8只,灌胃鸡血藤升白汤150mg/kg体重,中剂量组:8只,灌胃鸡血藤升白汤250mg/kg体重,高剂量组:8只,灌胃鸡血藤升白汤350mg/kg体重,每日2次,早晚各1次,中间间隔10小时,连续用药7天。照射前1天、及给药后第7天、13天、19天、25天、31天分别检测小鼠外周血白细胞数量。结果:骨髓抑制后小鼠白细胞明显下降,照射后1周最为明显;服药后2~3周白细胞明显恢复,中剂量组较其他各组有显著性差异,第四周基本恢复正常,鸡血藤升白汤明显促进外周血白细胞数量恢复。结论:鸡血藤升白方对放疗引起的小鼠骨髓抑制有明显的治疗作用。
Objective:To study the protective therapeutic action and mechanism of Caulis Spatholobi decoction for raising wihte blood [KG(9]cell(WBC) to bone marrow depression resulting from radiation [KG)]therapy.Methods:Female Bal b/c mice were treated with Caulis Spatholobi decoction for raising wihte blood cell and exposured to whole-body irradiation with X-rays.The wihte blood cell in the blood was measured when the 7,13,19,25 and 31day.Results:After irradiation,the general status of the mice changed as showed by hair deprivation,body weight reduction,boold spots apprearance on the body.The count of WBC reduced remarkablely.Middle dose Caulis Spatholobi decoction for raising wihte blood cell can accelerate restoration of all these index.Conclusion:Caulis Spatholobi decoction for raising wihte blood cell has protective effects on irradiation mice,the mechanism may be related with steping down and inhibition the speed of descent of haemopoietic stem cell/progenitor cell for irradiation leads to bone marrow functionality,incentive haemopoietic stem cell/progenitor cell from quiescent period to multiplication period.
