摘要 对井筒结垢的机理进行了探讨,指出介质高含水率、含较多细菌、高矿化度,且溶有一定量的腐蚀性气体H2S、CO2和O2,以及结蜡现象的出现是导致井筒结垢的主要原因。同时对温度、压力、流速、pH值等影响结垢的参数进行了分析。提出了预防井筒结垢的方法,例如,选用耐蚀材料,添加化学药剂等,并提出了化学除垢、机械除垢等井筒除垢的方法,可为井筒的结垢分析及除垢提供理论指导。 The bane of fouling of wellbore is huge. In this paper, in the light of the actuality that fouling of wellbore has caused serious bane, the fouling mechanism of wellbore was discussed, which indicates that medium that contains high water rate, more germ, high mineral degree, and dissolves certain corrosive gas such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and oxygen, and the phe- nomenon of paraffin deposition cause fouling together. The fouling effect factors such as tempera- ture, pressure, velocity of flow, pH value etc. , were analyzed in the meantime. Hereby some anti-fouling measures were proposed to protect wellbore fouling, such as choosing corrosion-proof material, appending chemical agent etc. , in addition, the methods of scale removal of wellbore were put forward, such as chemical descaling and mechanical descaling etc. , which can provide guidance and reference for fouling and scale removal of wellbore.
