摘要
在维一蛋白质分子链模型的基础上,引入了激光与蛋白质的相互作用项。用Melnikov方法讨论了激光对蛋白质分子上孤立子的作用,发现在弱激光的作用下蛋白质分子内的集体振荡可能进入混沌状态。
The notion eqation on nonlinear interation of the laser and protein have been studied by means of the quantum theory,and the disturbance of weak laser on protein soliton was discussed by Melnikov's method,It is found that protein molecule system can tarn into chaotic state under the weak laser action,This resule indicate that the activity of the protein could be restrained and varied by the weak laser.
