摘要
1993年9月以来,大连地区许多养鲍厂的皱纹盘鲍都发生了严重的脓疱病。通过病理组织切片研究证明,脓疱病的病灶是从鲍足下表面开始逐渐扩展向足的深部,由于该病的唯一病原菌———河流弧菌Ⅱ(VibriofluvialisⅡ)的大量繁殖使鲍足的结缔组织、肌纤维坏死瓦解或破碎,病灶中只剩下鲍的血淋巴细胞、弧菌及细胞碎片。从超微结构观察来看,早期病鲍足的肌原纤维排列混乱疏松,横纹肌的横纹模糊,继之细胞核肿大,核膜破裂,核质均质化,呈无结构状态,核仁消失,肌糖原消失,线粒体内嵴模糊,甚至破损。在晚期病灶中含有大量的河流弧菌Ⅱ,该菌呈短杆状,外壁薄,核区明显,胞质内含有颗粒(糖原)。该菌周围的组织被腐蚀成空斑。
The histology and ultrastructure of pustule disease in abalone Haliotis discus hannai were studied with light microscope and transmission electron microscope.The focus of the disease formed from the surface of the foot and then stretches into the foot of the infected abalone.In the focus ,the connective tissue and muscles were denaturated,broken down,underwent necrosis and histolysis.The nucleus was bloated and its membrane broken down, nucleoplasma homogenized, nucleolus and glycogenosome disappeared, and mitochondria denaturated,its cristae destroyed.In the advanced stage, there were only necrotic cells and bacteria Vibrio fluvialis Ⅱ left in the focus.The bacteria have thin cell wall and clear nucleus zone.There are many glycogenosomes and free ribosomes in the plasma.
