摘要
在湖南省临长高速公路和湘耒高速公路建设过程中,采集了总计46 941个路基路面结构质量检验数据,包括路基、路面基层和沥青面层弯沉,路面基层和面层厚度,水泥混凝土路面弯拉强度,运用数理统计方法,编写出随机变量变异性分析的计算机程序,并利用该程序对这些样本数据进行了统计分析。结果表明,正态分布和对数正态分布模型可以很好地描述路基路面结构弯沉、路面结构层厚度、水泥混凝土弯拉强度等参数的概率分布,分析得到的各参数变异系数分布范围基本反映了我国当前高速公路路基路面的实际施工技术水平,可供修订沥青路面、水泥混凝土路面设计和施工规范时参考。
A large amount of experimental data of subgrade and pavement structures are collected and the data variability are analyzed to evaluate scientifically the reliability, and quality management levels of subgrade and pavement structures in two highway projects.The sampling data of 46 941 in total (including deflection of subgrade, basc and surface courses, layer thickness of base and surface courses, and flexural strength of concrete pavement) are collected in the construction of Linxiang-Changsha and Xiangtan-Leiyang expressways in Hunan Province. Based on mathematical statistics, a variability analysis computer program of random variables is made appropriately and the statistical analysis of the sampling data is carried out by using this computer program. The results indicate that the normal distribution and log-normal distribution models are reasonable to describe the probability characteristics of subgrade and pavement deflections, pavement layer thickness and flexural strength of cement concrete pavements. The variation scope of these parameters reflects the present level of expressway pavement construction in China and it can be used as a reference for revision of design and construction technical specifications for asphalt pavements and cement concrete pavements.
