籼型三系不育系水稻花时滞候解除研究Ⅲ花时的微肥调控效应 被引量:3

摘要 在不育系珍汕97A抽穗5%和20%时,分别喷施硼砂+赤霉素、配方稀土、燕都微肥等5种肥料溶液,并辅之以根外水肥管理,结果表明,均有不同程度地促进花时提早、花时高峰提前和增加异交结实率等作用。其中尤以硼砂+赤霉素和燕都微肥的开花结实效应更为显著,其母本同步开花率和异交结实率分别比对照(喷清水)提高26.9%、25.2%和23.7%,137%,经变量分析,达显著水平。 Borax with gibberelling 920, Yiandou microfertilizer etc. five kinds fertilizers were prayed respectively when the panicles of MS lines “Zheng Xian 97A” were 5% and 20%, with water and fertilizer manage. The results were that five treatments all had positive role for promoting blooming time and summit of blooming time advanced, increasing faclililation of cross pollination. Among them the effects of B with 920 and Yiundou microfertilizer to blooming time were more remarkable, their unified blooming rate of female parents and facililation of cross pollination were raised respectively for 26.9%, 25.2% and 23.7%, 13.7%, with contrast, reaching extremely remarkable lever.
