摘要
目的探讨胸部数字化影像(DR)细节对比功能在肋骨骨折中的应用及诊断价值。方法选取50例胸部外伤且放射科首诊怀疑肋骨骨折的病例,对胸部正位DR肋骨图像进行细节对比后处理,得到标准图像及高对比图像两组,由3名放射医师进行评价,结果用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析对肋骨骨折诊断准确性。结果标准组及高对比组ROC曲线下面积分别为0.677±0.076和0.844±0.059(P<0.05),与标准图像比,细节对比后处理图像诊断准确率更高、假阳性率更低。结论DR正位肋骨图像经细节对比后处理能提高骨折诊断的准确性。
Objective To study the value of detail contrast processing function in digital chest radiography in the diagnosis of costal fracture.Methods Fifty thoracic trauma patients who were suspected of costal fracture by clinical physician had been taken the chest radiograph in costal condition.The acquired images were processed by detail contrast processing and divided into two groups.Three radiologists independently observed and diagnosed if costal fracture existed.All the observations were evaluated by the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)analysis.Results The mean area under the ROC curve(Az)values of the default images and the high-contrast images were 0.677±0.076 and 0.844±0.059(P〈0.05),respectively.Compared with the default images,the high-contrast images had higher diagnostic rate and lower false-positive rate.Conclusion The detail contrast processing increased the diagnostic accuracy of costal fracture.
