摘要
新巴塞尔资本协议对我国商业银行的经营战略提出了新的指导思想,而知识管理是实现这一战略转变的有效手段。知识资本结构体系的生成是实施知识管理的前提,而因子分析可以对结构体系的有效性和可靠性提供实证检验。
It is put forward that the New Basel Convention provides the new management philosophy for the operation strategy of Commercial Bank in China, and the knowledge management is the radical method to realize this strategy transformation. The establishment of knowledge capital structural system is the prerequisite for knowledge managing. The effectiveness and reliability of the system can be experimentally examined by the CFA.
