摘要
中国市场化改革所取得的举世瞩目的伟大成就证明,具有降低改革开放成本功效的渐进式市场化推进方式是成功的。需要指出的是渐进式市场化推进方式也带来了增大一国范围内市场化区域差异的负效应。如果市场化区域差异长期存在,将会影响中国经济的整体竞争力和中国企业的对外经济活动。现阶段的当务之急是在取得渐进式市场化改革成功后,尽快缩小中国市场化的区域差异,促进全国统一市场的形成。笔者分析了中国市场化区域差异的现状、成因、对中国经济的不良影响,进而提出了相应的对策。
China has made tremendous achievements that enjoy worldwide attention on market- oriented reform. It proved that the mode of progressive marketing which lessens the cost of reform and opening up is successful. It should be pointed out, however, that the mode of progressive marketing has also produced negative effects on increasing a national market oriented regional difference. If the regional difference of market orientation has existed for long time, it will influence the overall competitiveness of Chinese economy and economic activities of Chinese enterprises. The urgent task, at the current stage, is to reduce the regional gap of Chinese market orientation and promote the establishment of the unified market of the whole country as soon as possible. The article tries to analyze seriously the current situation, the cause of the regional difference of the Chinese market orientation, and the negative influence on Chinese economy. Furthermore, the author puts forward the related strategy.
