摘要 目的探讨核因子κB(NF-κB)在各种形式肝损伤发生、发展中的作用。方法对近年来有关NF-κB结构、分子生物学特性和功能及其与肝损伤关系方面的文章进行综述。结果NF-κB是一种重要的核转录因子,广泛存在于机体各种细胞中。在各种原因引起肝损伤时它可被诱导活化,活化的NF-κB可通过对细胞因子、黏附因子和活化因子转录活性的调节影响免疫反应、炎症反应及细胞凋亡,从而参与肝损伤。结论NF-κB在肝损伤的发生、发展中起重要作用,将成为肝损伤治疗的新靶点。 Objective To summarize the role of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) in the occurrence and progression of various sorts of liver injury. Methods Literatures on the structures, property of molecular biology and function of NF-κB, as well as its relationships with liver injury were collected and reviewed. Results NF-κB was an important nuclear factor existed in cells widely distributed in most cell types. The activation of NF-gB was induced by various sorts of liver injury. The activated NF-κB could affect the liver injury by regulating cytokines, adhesion molecules, and activating factor involving in immunologic reaction, inflammatory reaction and the apoptosis. Conclusion NF-κB plays an important role during the occurrence and progression of liver injury, and may become a new target in the treatment of liver injury.
