交变负荷与传统杠铃负荷对肌肉训练效果的影响及交变频率调控的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用交变负荷力量训练系统,对实验对象进行交变负荷力量训练,通过和传统杠铃下肢力量训练相比较,发现交变负荷力量训练比传统杠铃力量训练,短时间内下肢肌力显著提高,同时根据实验过程得出交变频率的部分数据模式。 Using alternating load strength training system to the subjects,We have a comparative method to analyses the difference of the lower-limbs' muscular strength to and find that the former can effectively improve strength of the maximal strength than the traditional strength training and get a basic data mode.
