摘要
对影响我国高校女足运动发展之因素进行研究。结果表明,其主要影响因素为生源短缺、经费不足、竞赛体制不完善、管理体制不合理、以及该项目发展中的诸多客观因素等。这些问题如得不到有效的解决,将会直接影响我国女足运动后备人才培养和运动水平的提高。
It is researched on the existing condition of colleges and universities women′s football of China.Through visiting Chinese Football Association,Sport Association of Ministry of Education, talking with some experts,and sending questionnaire to some coaches and athletes of college women′s football team of China.It shows that the main influencing factors are lack of qualified players,shortage of expense,incomplete competition system,inconsequential management system,and some reasons of event itself. If all these problems can not be solved in a proper way,it will influence young players′ upbringing and sports standards improving directly.
