摘要
用均匀沉淀法合成纳米ZnO粉体.经分析XRD和SEM表明产物为纤锌矿结构,呈球状或类球状.对所得粉体进行不同温度热处理,分析结果表明:当热处理温度达600℃时,ZnO粉体颗粒小且分布均匀,平均粒径为28 nm.对所得产物在8.2-12.4 GHz范围进行电磁参数的测量表明:纳米ZnO粉体属于介电损耗材料,600℃热处理后,粉体与石蜡组成的复合体不仅具有良好的频响特性,且介电常数实、虚部和损耗值都较大.
Zinc oxide precursors was synthesized by uniform precipitation-method from Zn(NO3)2 and carbamide. XRD and SEM show that the structure of nanometer zinc oxide particles is global or similar one. The ZnO particles were 28 nm when the heat treatment temperatures get to 600℃. The dielectric and magnetic constants of the products were studied by using the waveguide method of electromagnetic characteristics. The results indicated that at 600℃, compounds of the ZnO powders and paraffin not only have good frequency dependence characteristic, but also thereal part, the imaginary part and the loss value of them are fairly high.
