摘要 本文介绍了燃气轮机压气机静叶环母材的高压真空电子束焊接性试验、工艺评定及模拟产品的试焊,较详细地分析了电子束焊接裂纹和电子束偏转产生的原因,提出了合理的预防措施。 This paper presents the high voltage vacuum electron beam weldability test, procedure qualification as well as welding test of the simulation product. The cause of cracks, beam deflection and other defects formed in EBW is analyzed detailedly. The reasonable welding process and the preventive means for weld defect has been pnt forward.
