摘要
针对某型电力机车转向架构架补板部位出现的裂纹现象,在对转向架构架整体结构有限元分析的基础上,对焊接补板应力集中区域,采用"壳到体子模型"方法建立精细模型,得到该区域精确的应力分布情况。计算结果表明,采用子模型技术可以提高整体分析精度,同时针对应力集中情况,对目前塞焊的补板结构形式提出了改进措施,为工程应用提供了参考。
Due to the breakage in the additional plate of bogie frame of the electric locomotives, the fine model is built with "shell to solid sub-modeling" method for the stress concentration areas of the additional plate, based on the finite element analysis of the complete structure of bogies. The accurate distribution of the stresses in this area is achieved. The calculation results show that with the sub-modeling technology, the analysis accuracy could be improved. Aiming at the stress concentration problem, the improvement measures are put forward for the additional plate structure of plug welding, which is referential for the engineering application.
