摘要
采用自制的高压静电场装置和超高频电磁场装置系统分别对青枯菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)菌悬液进行处理,然后用平板涂布法测定细菌的数量。结果表明:高压静电场处理20 min细菌总数比处理前不减反增,但处理40 min对细菌抑制率可达84%;超高频电磁场处理20 min对青枯菌的抑制率达84%,处理40 min时的抑制率达95%。经高压静电场处理的桉苗接种青枯菌,其过氧化物酶活性比对照增加最高可达70%。结果表明:高压静电场和超高频电磁场对青枯菌处理一定时间都会对其菌量增殖产生明显的抑制作用;高压静电场处理还能明显提高桉树苗过氧化物酶的活性,从而有利于植株增强抗病能力。
The suspension of Ralstonia solanacearum was treated by High Voltage Electrostatic Field (HVEF) and Radio Frequency Electromagnetic Field (RFEF) respectively, The number of bacteria after treatment was counted by plating. Results showed that the total number of bacteria increased after they were treated by HVEF for 20 min. It was decreased by 84% when the treat time extended to 40 min. The total number of bacteria was decreased by 84% and 95% respectively after they were treated by RFEF for 20 min and 40 min. The activity of peroxidase was increased by 70% for Eucalyptus after it was treated by HVEF and inoculated by the bacteria suspension. It was found that both HVEF and RFEF had ob- vious inhibition effects on the reproduction of bacteria. Meanwhile, HVEF increased the activity of peroxidase of Eucalyptus.
