中药远志对阿尔茨海默病大鼠模型学习记忆和胆碱酯酶活性的影响 被引量:50

摘要 目的:探讨远志对阿尔茨海默病大鼠模型学习记忆能力的影响及作用机制。方法:40只大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和远志组。采用D-半乳糖致衰老合并鹅膏覃氨酸损毁大脑基底核神经元的方法复制模型。各组动物以通道式水迷宫游出时间和错误次数为学习记忆评价指标,水迷宫试验结束后各组测定脑组织胆碱酯酶活性。结果:模型组动物游出时间和错误次数显著高于正常组和假手术组,脑胆碱酯酶活性也明显增高(P<0.01)。远志组游出时间和错误次数均显著低于模型组,脑胆碱酯酶活性也明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:远志能改善AD模型大鼠的学习记忆功能,其作用机制与有效降低胆碱酯酶活性有关。 Objective: To observe the effect of Yuanzhi on learning and memory and acetylcholinesterase (AchE) activity of Model Rats with Alzheimer's disease(AD). Methods: 40 male SD rats were randomized into a normal group , sham operation control group, model group, Yuanzhi treatment group . Basal forebrain-injured rat was used as model of Alzheimer's disease, Water maze was applied in 4 groups. The activity of AchE in brain was detected. Results: Compared with normal group and sham operation control group , the swimming time and the error number of model group were obviously prolonged, the level of AchE in brain was also increased significantly(P〈0.01). Compared with model group, the swimming time and error number of treatment group were shortened, the level of AchE in brain was decreased(P〈 0.05). Conclusion. Yuanzhi could improve the ability of learning and memory ,decrease cerebral AchE activity of AD model rat, exerting a positive effect on treatment of cognitive dysfunction.
