摘要
针对钢铁企业生产管理中客户订单与库存产品的匹配问题,建立了考虑规格、重量、等级、优先级及生产工艺约束的库存匹配模型,并开发了基于混合遗传算法的求解方法。通过实际数据的仿真实验,验证了模型和算法的有效性。
Based on the background of real production of iron and steel enterprise, an inventory matching model is presented in this paper, considering steel specification, weight, grade, order priority, production process and other constraints. A hybrid Genetic Algorithm is developed to solve the matching model, The simulation experiments show that the model and the algorithm are effective.
