薄板多点成形与模具成形过程数值模拟及成形性比较

摘要 基于动力显式有限元方法,针对不同工艺参数对带压边薄板类零件的多点成形和模具成形过程的影响进行了数值模拟与比较分析。由于成形方式的不同,各参数对起皱、破裂等成形缺陷的影响也不尽相同。通过对比分析发现,相同条件下多点成形对破裂的抑制效果优于模具成形;只要参数选取适当,板材在多点成形方式下的成形质量可以达到或超过模具成形方式。这些结果对于认识多点成形方法的塑性变形特点、合理设置多点成形工艺参数具有指导作用。 Based on dynamic explicit finite element method, numerical simulation and comparison on forming performance with different technical parameters of multi-point forming (MPF) and die forming process for sheet metal with blank-holder is studied and analysed in this paper. Due to different forming styles the effect of parameters is different in wrinkling and tearing defects. Though the analysis and comparison, it is founded that the restraint effect on tearing of multi-point forming is better than that of die forming; when the proper technical parameter is selected, the formnig quality of MPF can reach or exceed that of die forming. These results not only make further understanding of plastic forming character of MPF, but also provide significant guidance to the sound choosing of technical parameters for MPF process.
