摘要
文章导出一种基于欧拉描述的有限变形轴对称有限元计算方法,并用其模拟转向节的锻造成形过程。将模具处理成刚体,转向节坯料看作弹塑性体,探索了转向节在锻造成形过程中材料的流动规律。模拟锻造和试验结果吻合,证明该计算方法用于模拟转向节的锻造成形过程可行。
A finite deformation finite element algorithm based on finite deformation theory of symmetrical mode was presented. The forging process of steering bar was simulated by using this algorithm, much informations about steering joint forging process were in good accordance with the experiments. It is shown that this algorithm is suitable for simulating the metal forging process.
