摘要
文章针对实际生产中铝型材热挤压模具的失效问题进行数值模拟。通过模拟结果的分析,找到模具产生裂纹的主要原因是应力集中。对模具的分流比和焊合角进行优化并再次模拟,发现分流模的最大应力大大降低。校核模具优化后的强度,得出了合理的模具结构参数。
This paper calculates and analyzes the invalidation in aluminum hot extrusion dies. By the results, it is indicated that there is an obvious stress concentration in the body of dies where it is very easy to form crackles. By analyzing the optimal difflu- ent ratio and solder angle of the dies, the maximum stress in the body of improved dies is decreased effectively. The applied structure parameters of dies are obtained by verifying the intensity of optimal dies.
