摘要
文章分析了国内外轧辊材料高温摩擦磨损试验机的特点及其存在的不足,在此基础上,研制开发了一台材料高温滑动磨损与热接触疲劳试验机,并进行了初步的实验。实验结果表明,该试验机可很好地模拟带钢生产过程中轧辊的摩擦磨损及热接触疲劳机理。
The characteristics and shortcomings of high temperature sliding wear testing machine for roll materials in China and a- broad were analyzed in this paper. On the base of the analysis, a suit of high temperature sliding wear and thermo-contact fatigue testing machine for roll materials was developed and the primary experimental results indicated that the testing machine can simu- late the mechanisms of wear and thermo-contact fatigue of roll in the strip production.
