摘要
针对滚筒式洗衣机复杂非线性振动特点,结合洗衣机结构的设计,以洗衣机工作过程的振动为研究对象,采用ANSYS有限元技术分析滚筒式洗衣机在工作过程中的振动情况,获得洗衣机模型振动模态的数据。在此基础上,将模态仿真分析结果与实际测试值比较,具有很好的符合性。研究结果为滚筒式洗衣机振动分析提供了一种有效可行的理论分析方法,对于滚筒式洗衣机减振控制具有重要指导意义。
In view of the complex nonlinear vibration characteristics of rolling washing machine,the vibration in the running process is analyzed in combination with the structure design through the finite element method, Modal analysis data of vibration of rolling washing machine can be obtained by ANSYS software. The research results show the modal analysis is close to measuring results. The research work provides an effective method to analyze the vibration of rolling washing machine. It is suitable for structure optimum design to reduce the vibration of roiling washing machine.
