6个水稻品种种子萌发对酸雨胁迫的响应 被引量:4

摘要 以抗性作物水稻6个品种为对象,研究酸雨对其萌发过程的响应。以吉粳41(吉林)、Ⅱ优7954(浙江)、冈优2009(四川)、扬粳9538(江苏)、Ⅱ优1273(福建)和特优559(安徽)6个水稻品种为试材,定时测定种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和异状发芽率。结果表明,6个品种种子随着酸雨强度的增加(pH从5.0至3.0),发芽率(势)、发芽指数(活力)都呈先增后减的变化。当胁迫时间一定时(7d),pH2.0强度下各个品种水稻种子皆不发芽;pH为2.5时出现异状发芽;实验结果表明各个品种种子伤害阈限为pH2.5-3.0。当胁迫强度一定时,pH3.0-4.0胁迫下无明显的抑制现象,pH2.5时各指标为零的起始胁迫时间为Ⅱ优1273和扬粳9538(长于7d,3d,7d,长于7d)、Ⅱ优7954(7d,3d,7d,7d)、吉粳41(7d,3d,7d,6d)、冈优2009(长于7d,3d,7d,6d)、特优559(6d,3d,6d,7d)。6个品种水稻种子萌发抗酸雨能力为:扬粳9538、Ⅱ优7954、吉粳41、Ⅱ优1273>特优559、冈优2009。 Responses of seed germination of 6 kinds of rice(Oryza sativa L.)seeds to acid rain stress,in which Jijing41(from Jilin),Ⅱyou7954(from Zhejiang),Gangyou2009(from Sichuan),Yangjing9538(from Jiangsu),Ⅱyou1273(from Fujian)and Teyou559(from Anhui)seeds were used as experimental materials,were investigated.The purpose was to understand responses of seed germination to acid rain stress,difference of acid fastness and reasons of the difference.Simulated acid rain(SAR)solutions of different pH levels and neutral solution as control group were used in this study.Six kinds of rice seeds were treated with simulated acid rain for 7 days to research responses of seed germination to acidity strength and stress time.The germination indexes(percentage germination,germination energy,germination index,vigor index,percentage of abnormal germination)were all studied under acid rain stress in both experiments.Results showed that the percentage germination,germination energy,germination index,vigor index of these six kinds of rice initially increased and then decreased with the decrease of pH value form 5.0 to 3.0.Rice seeds germinated abnormally at pH 2.5 and didn't shoot up at pH 2.0 at all.The injury threshold values of Jijing41,Yangjing9538,Ⅱyou7954,Teyou559,Gangyou2009,Ⅱyou1273 was pH 2.5~3.0).The stress time of the germination indexes(percentage germination,germination energy,germination index,vigor index)down to zero at pH 2.5 was Ⅱ you1273(longer than 7d,3d,longer than 7d,longer than 7d),Yangjing9538(longer than 7,3,7 d,longer than 7 d),Ⅱ you7954(7,3,7,7 d),Jijing41(7,3,7,6 d),Gangyou2009(longer than 7,3,7,6 d),Teyou559(6,3,6,7 d).The experimental data further evidence that plants could display different sensitivity to acid rain stress,in which Jijing41,Yangjing9538,Ⅱyou7954,Ⅱyou1273 had stronger resistance than the other two kinds.
