摘要
目的探讨理工科大学生的心理健康与应付方式的关系。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应付方式问卷调查了2097名理工科大学生。结果1理工科大学生在心理健康多个因子上显著高于大学生综合样本,且存在性别和年级差异。2应付方式存在性别和年级差异。3成熟型应付方式与心理健康显著负相关,不成熟型和混合型应付方式与之显著正相关。4自责、解决问题、幻想、合理化、求助对心理健康有显著的预测作用。结论理工科大学生的应付方式影响其心理健康。
Objective To explore the relationship between science students' mental health and coping style. Methods A total of 2097 science students were tested with SCL-90 and coping style questionaire, Results (1)There are significant differences between science students and comprehensive sample of university student between boys and girls, and between lower class and higher class on mental health, (2)There are significant sex and grade differences on coping style. (3)Mature coping style was correlated negatively with mental health, and immature coping style was correlated positively with mental health. (2)Self blame, problem solution, illusion, rationalization, seeking help predict mental health significantly, Conclusion The science students' mental health were influenced by their coping style.
