摘要
目的编制护士职业认同量表。方法在潍坊地区11所医院选取479名护士进行施测,对所编制的护士职业认同量表进行了探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。结果量表包括职业自我概念、职业获益感、职业动力感3个因子,信度、效度检验及验证性因素分析结果都符合心理测量的要求。结论量表的编制达到了预期的目的。
Objective To develop a Professional Identification Scale for nurses. Methods 479 nurses were sampled for testing from eleven hospitals in Weifang. The Professional Identification Scale for nurses was tested by EFA and CFA. Results The scale was consisted of three components which are professional self-concept, professional profit and professional power. The relia- bility and validity showed satisfactory and there was a good fit between the sample data and the hypothesized model. Conclusion The purpose of developing this scale was acquired.
